I love you, Danni. I see you have found what I have found and that the energy right now -- even if you don't read it, consume it, indulge in the lies-- is there, in the air, like locusts.
But we are all here having conscious conversations with ourselves and each other. There are so many "enough" people who just want hugs. And there is enough mother worry and mother love to create a new earth.
There has to be.
I work to create a new vision for us.. a new story.. for hope. Every day I send it into my heart and the hearts of others... and of my father, my brother, my cousin and anyone else who has canceled me.
I matter, you matter, we all matter. We must remember that the deep essence of all of us is one -- as we also, on this physical realm, protect ourselves, protect this earth, say no, and still... love!
This is why I write and share my yoga poems. There is so much else I think and say and write about, but these poems were a calling from.. somewhere... to help bring us back home... to self-love and Source.
You have a big heart. May we all feel its beat.
May we be like Miriam in the desert with her tambourine singing us through the wilderness. We must birth this new time. And it takes... heart.

Although I re-sourced Jameela's words of worry, I am not really a worrier. I never have been. But this momma love (and not only for my children) it brings me pretty close. You know that I believe fiercely in radical responsibility. And this saves me. It helps me to re-source myself every day into this love you also choose to cultivate. We cannot protect our children or anyone from a state of fear. It has to be love. And there has to be enough. I see so much on Substack alone. It is time for change. I am doing my small part. I thank you for doing yours. And thank you for being here with me. I feel your presence. Hearts high... and higher and higher. And so strong. xo

I loved her original post and this too. Sometimes we just need to rest. And self soothe. And love ourselves in the way we need.
Love is all that matters and all that life comes down to. Despite everything going on in the world, I truly believe, love will win.
